About the Builder
Kaleb L. Carr founded EIB Homes after a lifetime surrounded by development. Growing up, he spent many afternoons, weekends and summers working with his father, James Carr, who co-founded CC Homes – one of the nation’s largest privately-owned development companies. Today, Kaleb is one of the premier custom home builder in the great Dallas Fort Worth Area. And just like CC Homes, EIB is more of a calling than a business. We are here for the long term, with excellent warranties and customer service.
